At VitalLogic, we are dedicated to bringing New Zealand's premium health solutions to the world. We are proudly New Zealand-owned and operated, shipping directly from our Auckland warehouse.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZT usually ship the same day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.
2. New Zealand Domestic Shipping
We use trusted local couriers (e.g., NZ Post) to ensure fast delivery across Aotearoa.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all domestic orders over $99.00 NZD.

Auckland (Urban): $5.00 NZD

Auckland (Rural): $10.00 NZD

Click & Collect: Free pickup available at our Botany Junction store. Usually ready in 2-4 hours.
3. Special Shipping: China & Vietnam (Tax & Duty Included)
We offer a premium, worry-free shipping service for our customers in Asia.

Tax Included : For parcels sent to Mainland China and Vietnam via our special logistics partners (e.g., SF Express), customs duties and taxes are ALREADY INCLUDED in your shipping fee.

Vietnam Rate: $12.00 NZD per kg.

China Rate: Calculated at checkout based on weight.

ID Requirement: In accordance with customs regulations, you may be required to upload your ID card copy for clearance purposes.
4. International Shipping (Australia, Europe, North America)
We ship globally using fast and reliable international couriers.

Australia: $10.00 NZD per kg.

Europe & North America: $35.00 NZD per kg.

Rest of World: Calculated at checkout.

Tracking: All international orders come with a tracking number integrated with global postal systems.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes (For Regions Outside China/Vietnam)
Please note regarding international shipments to regions other than China and Vietnam (e.g., Australia, USA, UK, EU):

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

VitalLogic is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Damages and Issues
We pack every order with care. However, if your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at kevin@buyanz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
